The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) has been named among the Best Educational Service Providers in Australia in The Educator’s 2025 Service Provider Awards. Reaching an estimate of more than 200,000 students, the RAS school programs include Ag in a Box, Farm Days and several initiatives at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
“At RAS Education, we believe every student deserves transformative learning that connects curriculum with meaningful agricultural education – deepening their understanding of agriculture’s vital role in Australia’s future,” says Duncan Kendall, RAS’s head of education.
Launched in 2021, the RAS’ dedicated Education Department focuses on the delivery of curriculum-aligned programs, professional development for teachers and immersive farm experiences that deepen students’ engagement with Australian agriculture.
