If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We are currently implementing a dedicated online withdrawal function in line with EU requirements. In the meantime, you can exercise your EU right of withdrawal by emailing us at subscribe@rmwilliams.com.au with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to withdraw from, and your email address. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
